From technical documentation and tender assistance through construction, testing and commissioning, WSSC provides specialist engineering support throughout project delivery. We review technical submissions, respond to project queries, conduct periodic site inspections and support the project team in maintaining the approved spa engineering requirements through to completion.

The approved concept is developed into coordinated engineering information covering specialist spa systems, equipment requirements, MEP interfaces, technical rooms, utilities and material considerations. WSSC works alongside architects and MEP consultants to ensure the spa is technically coordinated, buildable and prepared for execution.

We establish the technical foundation of the spa by translating the project vision into a practical functional concept. Spatial requirements, guest and operational flow, wellness facilities, equipment needs and preliminary technical considerations are evaluated to create a clear basis for further development.
