The materials and equipment used within a spa operate under demanding conditions. Continuous heat, moisture, humidity, water treatment and intensive use mean that specifications must be evaluated differently from those of conventional interior environments.
WSSC assesses specialist spa equipment and relevant materials according to their intended application, technical performance, durability, hygiene, maintainability, energy and water requirements, and compatibility with the project’s engineering systems.
Our scope includes detailed spa equipment planning, technical datasheets, equipment schedules, utility requirements and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). We also provide technical guidance on materials where their properties directly affect the operation and longevity of specialist wellness facilities.
This approach allows specifications to be developed around the actual operating conditions of the spa, supporting reliable performance throughout its lifecycle.
