Service description
Engineering decisions made during design must ultimately translate correctly to site. WSSC therefore remains involved as the project progresses through tendering, construction and commissioning.
During tender, we assist with technical packages, respond to bidder queries and support the review of proposed equipment, materials and technical alternatives. This helps clients and consultants evaluate submissions against the engineering requirements of the project rather than cost alone.
During construction, WSSC provides technical clarification, reviews relevant submissions and conducts periodic site inspections to assess whether specialist works are progressing in accordance with the approved requirements.
As the project approaches completion, we support testing and commissioning of relevant spa systems and equipment, helping verify that the completed installation performs as intended.
Our involvement provides a continuous specialist engineering reference from the first technical decision through to the operational spa.
