Service description
At the detailed design stage, the engineering requirements established throughout the project are developed into comprehensive technical documentation for procurement and execution.
WSSC prepares specialist drawings and documentation covering plans, elevations, sections, construction details, equipment layouts, technical and plant-room requirements, MEP interfaces, utility provisions, datasheets and relevant technical schedules.
Each detail is developed with consideration for installation, access, operation and future maintenance. Our engineers also coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, manufacturers and specialist contractors to resolve interfaces between the spa systems and the wider project.
The objective is to remove ambiguity before construction begins—providing the project team with clear, coordinated and technically informed documentation from which the specialist spa works can be executed.
